What is the fire TV stick?
The fire tv stick is a small portable device that comes in the size of a flash drive. You can use it easily; simply plug it into your HD (high definition) TV. This small device enables HDTVs to stream videos over Wi-Fi.

Working
The Fire TV Stick is designed for convenience, and is easy to operate for everyone.

Setting it up is a simple procedure. Plug one end of the cable to the box and the other end to the HDMI port of your TV. The TV Stick does not require any cable, as it directly connects to the port. Make sure that you know which port you are inserting it to (HDMI 1, HDMI 2). This way, you won’t have to search for it among the multiple input sources on your TV.

Set Up

Tip: When on a poor connection, avoid using other devices on the same internet connection. Having to many devices using up your available internet bandwidth can slow down your Fire TV Stick’s connection.

Mirroring Other Devices
Yes, you can mirror other devices. To do this, select settings’ on your tablet. Here, select the display and sounds’ option; choose the mirroring’ option, and then tap the name of the media device you are using.

Multiple Devices
While using the Fire TV Stick on one TV, you cannot use it simultaneously to connect to another TV.

Turning Off
Disconnect the the cable from the port. That’s about it, really! Alternatively, you can also put it on sleep mode’ by selecting: settings > system > sleep.
